Suppose, as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below); we are obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour. In that case, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a compensation claim or otherwise for any loss arising from said curtailment, alteration, extension, or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeure”: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft, or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, the exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour.


Travelers’ responsibility is to ensure that the information printed on flight tickets, train tickets, and other similar documents is correct as requested.
The detailed program and scheduled flights are subject to changes by airlines without prior notice and by the weather conditions and daily operation of flights. Consequently, the itinerary concerned might be adjusted. If this occurs, Hana Tourist Team will do all its power to assist participants in boarding flights or finding alternative arrangements. However, it is done as a courtesy to participants, and Hana Tourist cannot be held responsible for denied boarding or additional costs.

Sen Tourist recommends that all travelers take out an adequate insurance policy before traveling. Since our package tours, day trips, and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE, you must obtain your own full travel insurance. Therefore, it is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of coverage.
